Apartment and Building Rules

To ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all our guests, we have outlined the following rules and guidelines. Please take a moment to review these carefully before your stay.

1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 3:00 PM
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Identification and required paperwork must be submitted before arrival to ensure smooth check-in.
• Upon arrival, the front desk will verify your documentation, and wristbands will be provided for all registered guests.

If you have special requests regarding check-in or check-out times, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate.

2. Guest Access and Registration

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the reservation and who have provided identification in advance are allowed in the unit.
• Building Access: The building provides wristbands for guest identification. All guests must wear these wristbands during their stay.

3. Noise and Quiet Hours

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Please respect the comfort of other residents by minimizing noise during these hours. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed.

4. No Smoking or Pets

• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and the building. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.
• Pets: No pets are allowed in the apartment or on the property.

5. Pool and Common Areas

• Pool Access: Guests have access to the building's three pools, including a child-friendly pool. Please follow posted rules and supervise children at all times.
• Gym and Sauna: The building has a fully equipped gym available for guest use. The sauna is currently out of service.

6. Child Safety

While the apartment is family-friendly and includes a playard for babies, it is located on the 17th floor. We urge parents to supervise their children at all times and ensure that windows and balconies are secured.

• Children must be supervised in all common areas, including the pool and gym.

7. Minimum Stay and Occupancy

• Minimum Stay: The minimum reservation period is 2 nights.
• Maximum Occupancy: The apartment accommodates up to 5 guests and 1 baby. Sleeping arrangements include:
  • 1 Queen Bed
  • 1 Queen Sofa Bed
  • 1 Small Sofa Bed for children in the main bedroom
  • 1 Playard for babies (available upon request)

8. Legal Compliance

We adhere to Colombian laws, including regulations to prevent illegal activities and child sexual exploitation. To comply with local law:

• A signed rental contract is required for all reservations.
• Minors are only permitted to stay with their parents or legal guardians, subject to documentation review.
• All guests must provide valid identification before check-in.

9. No Parties or Events

The apartment is for residential use only, and no parties or large gatherings are allowed. This ensures a quiet and comfortable environment for all residents.

10. Damages and Liability

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any damages will be charged to the guest after check-out.
• Please treat the apartment and building with care and respect.

11. Parking

Secure limited parking is available on-site. Please follow any parking guidelines provided upon check-in.

12. Laundry Service

While there is no on-site laundry facility, you can arrange laundry pick-up and delivery with a local service. Contact information is available in the apartment booklet.

13. Internet and Entertainment

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV with access to streaming apps like Netflix. Please enjoy the entertainment options responsibly and avoid illegal downloads.

14. Emergency Contact Information

In case of any issues during your stay, contact the front desk or the apartment manager, whose contact details are provided in the apartment booklet.
